Start for each color:

Red: Convert the three wildmen close to the foot of red’s side hill and then convert the maximum number of wildmen on the middle passage. Always keep an eye on your base to if after your first convert, you see three wilds together. If that happens you should convert them, since it is a profitable trade. By the time you come from mid convertions, wildmen in your base should be much closer to each other, since they tend to regroup at certain points of your base.
To get faster early build, convert on your base, but keep in mind that wildmen are harder to convert on red’s base when game starts. You can always try to convert wildmen on the island between you and blue if blue team happens not to do it. Although keep in mind that might not be a very profitable use for it, since that island gives you almost no protection due to its size.

Yellow: As yellow you have a lot of possibilities and you should base your first actions on what you and your teammate have set as strategy for the game:
You can start by converting the three wildmen on the front of your own base. By being the tribe with the most advanced reincarnation site, after converting those three wildmen you can start a more agressive aproach and opt to try to steal the most wilds you can from the enemy. Although keep in mind that this option can be not the most profitable. You can use the wildmen you just converted on your enemies side and try to also steal wood from them. This will also force your enemies to defend mid and possibly delay their wildmen convertion.
It is also a very profitable idea to convert wildmen on the island between you and green tribe and that way build an early defence from side attacks. Keep in mind that yellow or green can have an advantage on wildmen convertion on this island, depending on how wilds move. If you want to ensure higher probability of getting the island to yourself, you can skipt the first convertion and save it to get those wildmen quicker.
If you opt for an agressive aproach it’s advisable to save the middle wildmen on your team side to blue, since yellow can easily get farther wildmen.

Green: You can start by converting the three wildmen on the front of your own base or on the side hill of your base.

Green can grow really fast if he gets to convert a good amount of wilds, so always try to make sure you get good wildmen convertions.
