Populous launcher is a tool used to launch the game by using your IP address and the IP address of another person's computer in order to set up a network game. I made this program so I could play Populous over a LAN without having to use the in-game matchmaker system that seems to falter when I need it most. The program, Poplaunch, is designed to issue a set of command lines to allow you to host or join a game. These are the same types of command lines issued when playing games on the Populous: Reincarnated Matchmaker. This program was explicitly designed for playing LAN games, however with the recent router fix implemented, I have made it online compatible.
