This is my terms and conditions page which I made because so many people were stealing my content, ideas etc, this is mainly pointed at webmasters but other people should read it too

1. Content, design etc

I've seen many people copy my design and copy any new ideas I get, which really puts me off adding new things in. Now please understand, I am on the populous reincarnated network so admin's can and will BAN you if you copy anything from my website without my consent and this does include my downloads.

If you find a download at my website then you can't link to it nor can you download it then host it somewhere, and you can only download files at my site if you agree not to send it over the internet or give it out somewhere unless it comes from the original place you downloaded it. If you would like to link to my downloads then please contact us and state the download and your url

2. Originality

On my site you may come across something that looks the same or is the same idea that you have seen elsewhere, please remember that I did not copy anything from anywhere and if all came from me and fundo55 excluding some pages which is listed below.

A. There are three websites that can have a original records page my website, this website and this website. All other sites have copied one of us.

B. As stated on the walkthroughs page some multiplayer strategies were taken from this website with permission.

Now anything else you see on this site came from me only

There is a total of 2 unnamed websites that have used ideas from my website, but now that it has happened there is no need to change it. All I ask is for it not to happen again.

3. You aren't allow to link to any images on my websites besides the populous revolution and uprising link images. This is serious and I will contact your web host if you do so.
